Currently, the rate of housing supply to US forces in Sasebo is approximately 60%,which is far less than providing comfortable environment for service members,dependants and their families. Ever since its foundation in 1998,MAC has been promoting housing development for US Forces.
In 2002, we established Fleet Akasaki (in Akasaki-cho, Sasebo-city) which is the first Japanese housing under the Rental Partnership Program (R. P. P.). Later,
Fleet Akasaki 2 was established under the program and continue on a steady path.
Insufficient housing supply for US forces is a serious problem across the country,
we plan to provide high quality housing in areas outside Sasebo in the future.
In view of U.S.-Japan cooperation, we will continue to offer high quality and reliable housing satisfied customers.
